Return and Warranty
The goods you purchased are warrantied from hardware defects. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the supplier’s option without charge to you from the date of purchase to (3) months thereafter.
This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods and is void if the goods:
Have been damaged by negligence or accident after purchase;
Shows evidence of physical damage or water damage;
Are used other than for the purpose for which it is intended to be used or not used in accordance with instructions; e.g. A basic laptop intended for school purposes being used for gaming.
Were updated or repaired other than by TechFlex TT or any approved service center/technicians. If applicable, a list would be provided;
Were added on to or used with other goods which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these goods;
This warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied. We accept no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the goods.
Simply return the goods to us if a warranty is applicable, we will repair or replace the goods. NOTE: Warranty does not apply for ‘change of mind, compatibility issues, or similar reason’. ALL repair request must be brought to our repair center in Port of Spain (Address would be provided upon request)
We guarantee everything against DOA (Dead on Arrival), which means the item will not turn on or will not power up as described. Refunds are ONLY submitted in this case. If a refund is requested for any other reason, a 20% penalty on the purchase price would apply.
All claims of DOA and refund requests must be made within 48hrs of the item reaching the buyer. Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.
